Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on SENATE                    
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Suspending Uniform Rules                          
24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning         
House Bill No. 9, relating to victims of crime and other criminal law          
matters, be taken up.                                                          
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 12 was before the                             
Senate on reconsideration.                                                     
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                       
RESOLUTION NO. 12 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
9, relating to victims of crime and other criminal law matters, pass
